It sure looks like the huge activities in her life over the previous two days (Thursday's 200+ mile drive from Apex, then Friday's vet visit where she was poked and prodded -along with being cuddled to pieces!) has finally caught up to the little one! Aside from managing to stay up on her paws long enough to get food in her belly and make some potty runs, she spent pretty much *all* of Saturday snoozing!
After all that snoozing, we took her out in the yard last night for some play time and some time with our older fur kid, Billie. Our neighbor, Nick (Dad to two beautiful Doberman Pinschers), and his two year old son, Tyler came to visit and check out Joy. With all the exuberance that comes with being two years old, Tyler ran back and forth across the yard (just 'cause he could!) and Joy happily chased after him! Great exercise for both of them! :)
