We needed to go shopping today and reluctantly set Joy in her crate before heading out. We weren't gone very long but it was the first time we had to leave her alone. I believe it bothered US more than HER! When we returned, she was snoozing! LOL
She's getting more brazen every day. Her first couple of days here were quiet, reserved, never wandered far from either of us in the yard. Yesterday evening and all day today she displayed a single-mindedness to push the envelope. She wants to travel up the drive to "check out" Billie (our other fur kid) and we're wanting her to stay close to the house and hopefully diminish (hahaha) her desire to "wander". Several times we found ourselves in the position of having to run after her.
Hmmm... while we were out we purchased a new collar and leash! :D
Watching TV this evening and it appears our wee one has a definite dislike of Shrek! (giggle) A commercial for a Shrek movie came on and Joy went off - barking like crazy at the TV!
